Live coaching or VOD review?
Live suits mid-round calls, since your coach hears each decision as you make it. A VOD is the better fit for crosshair height and lineups, because every round can be paused and replayed. The hourly price doesn't change between them.

Can my Valorant coach speak my language?

Never. Coaching happens on your own account, with your coach watching the stream or the VOD.
Is coaching useful below Diamond?
Very. Most rounds at that level are lost to crosshair height and timing, which are the quickest things a coach can correct.
