Valve opens ranked matchmaking after 100 hours of play and asks for a phone number linked to the Steam account. A ranked ready account has the hours done; if it hasn't calibrated yet, the medal it ends up with comes from your own games.

Valve uses behaviour score alongside MMR when it builds matches, so a clean record is worth checking. The card shows it whenever the seller gives the number.
Points to confirm on a Dota account
- Full access to the Steam login and its email.
- Whether a phone number has to be linked again for ranked.
- The medal shown is current, not from an old season.
- Instant or manual delivery, as each card states.
Valve and account transfers
The Steam Subscriber Agreement doesn't let accounts be sold or transferred, so Valve can close one that changed hands. Listings whose own text admits to bots or scripts are refused here. Set Steam Guard and your own email on day one.
